Clipper Blade Sharpening

Tension springs, blade guides, and blade sockets all play a part in how well a clipper blade cuts. At times, these parts need to be replaced due to wear and tear. Replacement parts are not included in pricing and are only replaced when necessary.

Hair Clipper Repair / Service

These are just a few of the different brands that we service on a regular basis. When it comes to hair clippers, we are capable of repairing them all, unless there is a particular part that is not available through the manufacturer. Servicing the clipper however is not the same as a repair. Think of servicing the clipper like changing the oil in your car. This is done to prolong the life of the internal parts and to prevent a more expensive repair down the road. Barber Clippers / Trimmers $20

For barbers, we recommend servicing your clipper anytime you have your blades sharpened. We can always sharpen just the blade when requested, but if your clipper has any issues, they will not perform as they should. When servicing barber clippers, the power is adjusted for top speed, tension is corrected for optimal cutting, and the internal mechanisms are adjusted to assure the blades are able to travel across the entire surface for a consistent cut. Sharpening is included. *excludes Andis Master*

Large Animal / Livestock Clippers $20 - $35

For larger livestock clippers, we can repair and service the motor's body, clipper head, or both to maintain peak performance for showing season.

Andis Master Service $27

Andis Master clippers are unique and require additional labor and expertise compared to other models to achieve the best performance possible. Sharpening included. Recommended

Advanced restoration of all blades and clippers will incur an additional fee, but only when necessary. This can include clipper blades that were previously sharpened on a flat stone to the point that the shape is inverted, scissors that were previously sharpened incorrectly that would require additional metal removal, any rust buildup that has to be removed for the blades to cut properly, and clippers that have been altered and adjusted to the point that necessary labor is required.
