If you'd prefer not to mail your items, we have a couple of options for getting your equipment to us. We have a drop-box at our location where you're always welcome to drop your equipment off. Repairs are normally completed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. When your items are ready for pickup, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time. How to Safely Ship Your Equipment for Repair

We have learned a few things over the years when it comes to shipping equipment and these are some the best practices to follow so that your equipment arrives safely and securely, and is returned in a timely fashion.

When shipping your equipment in for repair, feel free to choose a carrier that best meets your needs. We can accept shipments from anyone that is willing to deliver them. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, are just a few of the options to choose from.

Proper packaging is essential to safeguard your equipment during transit. Delicate items—such as clipper blades, scissors, shears, and hair clippers—are prone to damage from impact. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping container that is conducive to the size and weight of the items you're shipping. This will help prevent additional free space for your items to shuffle around in during shipment and will save on costs. We'd always recommend using bubble wrap when possible, which provides superior cushioning when securely sealed with tape. If you do not have a padded, purpose-built transportation case, avoid using unpadded clipper blade cases, as they leave contents vulnerable. To verify that your equipment is adequately protected, gently shake the box after packing; the contents should remain firmly in place.

Once packaged, deliver your shipment to your selected carrier. To streamline the repair process, please remember to include your information with your shipment including your name, phone number, email address, and return shipping address. If you forgot to include your information prior to shipping, please feel free to complete our Equipment Digital Repair Form below, which ensures that we will receive all of the relevant information necessary, reducing the likelihood of delays or errors in repairs or shipment. Please note that for returning shipments, they will be accompanied with the minimal insurance provided by the carrier based on the shipping method chosen. Additional insurance may be arranged for your shipment upon request; contact us directly to discuss this option.

For added peace of mind, consider utilizing tracking services offered by your carrier to monitor your package’s progress and confirm its arrival. Be advised that shipments requiring a signature may experience delays if carrier delivery schedules do not align with our operational hours, potentially impacting timely receipt.
