Cloud's Diamond Sharpening is the exclusive authorized service center for Liveryman Clippers in the United States. For over 30 years, Liveryman has built a reputation as a trusted leader in equine and pet grooming, and we're proud to be their dedicated U.S. partner for repair and blade sharpening. Whether your clipper is still under warranty or years past it, we handle the repair and sharpening the same way — parts and cost just depend on the issue.
Liveryman clippers are backed by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty primarily covers major internal components of the clipper. This includes, circuit boards, and motors. For models that contain brushless motors, the motors themselves are backed by a 24 month warranty. Consumable parts are not covered under warranty so it's important to care for the clipper properly whenever in use. All warranty claims need to be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt).
